Antennas and cabling

Two masts are fixed to the exterior of GB4FUN. These keep the antennas and the cabling well above the vehicle so eliminating any hazards or nuisance these may present.

Inside GB4FUN

Inside the module students will find an astonishing array of high-tech equipment which will allow them to make wireless contact with radio operators in any part of the world.

With two operating benches there is plenty of space inside, and two plasma screen displays make sure the entire class can clearly see what's going on.

Preparations for the demonstration

The GB4FUN module normally arrives at your site the day before the demonstration and is set up while students are in class to avoid any risks from moving vehicles.

By the time the students arrive the next day, their interactive radio communications experience will be ready to begin.
